The Nottingham Glycoanalytics Hub was established to provide a portal for industrial and academic groups to access the glycoanalytical methods and knowledge developed by our team. These methods include high throughput analysis of samples for their GAG composition e.g. to identify non-heparin contamination in pharmaceutical preparations, or detection of GAG biomarkers in liquid biopsy samples. Alternatively, we can use our imaging methods to provide linked information on the location and character of GAGs in tissues or cell culture samples e.g. from tissue arrays or 3D cell culture. Access to these analyses can be provided on a fully commercial basis or as part of a collaborative arrangement. Please get in touch if you would like to know more.
